Fastrax announced their latest GPS module, the IT500.
This gives us the opportunity to write down characteristics of a recent GPS module:
- fix rate of up to 10 Hz
- 66 acquisition channels
- 22 tracking channels
- position accuracy (unaided) : 1.8 m CEP95 (to learn more about position accuracy, read this GPS World article)
